Time Management By: John Mr. Engelson

This course covers a range of skills, tools, and techniques used to manage time when accomplishing specific tasks, projects and goals. This is a lecture series that encompasses a wide scope of activities, and these include planning, allocating, setting goals, delegation, analysis of time spent, monitoring, organizing, scheduling, and prioritizing. Aside from understanding, time management in the business sense or work activities, it also covers personal activities as well. This time management system is a designed to combined processes, tools, techniques, and methods. Our goal is that students should understand that time management is a necessity in any project development as it determines the project completion time and scope.

Mr. Engelson received his B.A. from the University of California at San Diego in 1985 with a major in Economics and a minor in Communications.  He is the founder and CEO of You Are What

You Eat, Inc.  The company started operations in 1990 and is a manufacturer and distributor of nutritional products.  In 1998, his company was #441 on the Inc. Magazine list of fastest growing companies.

In 2002, He founded Maxima Packing and Design, Inc.  A manufacturer and distributor of corrugated, foam, and acrylic packaging products.  He is still CEO of the company.

In the past Mr. Engelson has taught and lectured in personal development, time management, and goal setting skills to young adults.  He has studied and mastered these skills for over ten years from renown masters like Jim Rohn, Bryan Tracy, and Roger Dawson.

On a personal level, Mr. Engelson plays piano and has been writing music for the past 25 years.  He has also coached 4th to 8th grade basketball for four years.
