JETS Senior Staff
Rabbi Mayer Schmukler
Rabbi Schmukler is the founder and director of JETS, a position he has held since 2005. In his role, Rabbi Schmukler is responsible for the overall direction and development of JETS.
Rabbi Naftali Smith
Rabbi Smith is principal of JETS, a position he has held since 2007. In his role, Rabbi Smith directs the academic, vocational, and extracurricular curricula for the students.
Rabbi Mendy Seewald
Rabbi Seewald is principal of Judaic Studies at JETS, a position he has held since 2011. He is responsible for the overall direction, content and achievement in the areas of Talmud, Mishnah, Chumash, Jewish Thought and Jewish Ethics, among other areas of Judaic study.
Rabbi Mendel Zirkind
Rabbi Mendel Zirkind has been an educator, mentor and personal development consultant for youth for over a decade. Rabbi Zirkind’s innovative and passionate approach to Jewish youth education and development has made him a fast rising voice in the community.
Rabbinic Ordination
This one year program towards Rabbinical Ordination incorporates a classical approach to semicha, grounded in the gemara and poskim, offering a thorough knowledge of Yorah De’ah while expanding your independent learning skills.
